Refund policy

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return one or more items within 14 days from the delivery date.

The FIRST RETURN for every NEW CUSTOMER is free of charge when using the couriers BARTOLINI and KIPOINT.

Once your return request has been approved by our Outfit Italia team, you must hand over the package to the courier within 14 days.

We reserve the right to reject returns that are not requested, shipped, or delivered within the specified timeframe, or if the items are not in perfect condition.

All products are carefully checked before shipping and are delivered with original tags attached. Returned items must have their original tags intact, so we recommend not removing them until you are certain the garment fits correctly.

Returns of damaged, stained, or altered items will be refused and sent back to the customer. In this case, the customer will be charged for standard shipping costs (cash on delivery payment).

If you receive a defective or faulty item, please email us immediately at customerservice@outfititalia.it.

Exchanges for the same item, size, and color are subject to availability in our warehouse and will be shipped free of charge. If the item is out of stock, a standard refund process will be initiated.

How to request a return

To start a return, send an email to customerservice@outfititalia.it including:

  • Order reference number

  • Product code

  • Date of delivery

  • Reason for return

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to schedule the pickup with BARTOLINI or KIPOINT.

The return must be handed over to the courier within 14 days from the approval date.

You will then receive a return label via email (usually in PDF format). Please print it on a standard sheet of paper and securely attach it to the package (using tape if necessary).

IMPORTANT: YOU MUST KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING (BOX) AND REUSE IT FOR THE RETURN, ATTACHING THE NEW SHIPPING LABEL.

You can return your entire order or only selected items from it.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they comply with our return policy. You will be notified by email once your refund process has started. The refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive your return.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR A RETURN?

The first return for every new customer is free of charge when using BARTOLINI or KIPOINT.

To qualify for free return shipping, simply apply the return label to your package and schedule the pickup following the instructions provided on the label.

HOW CAN I CHECK IF YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

Once your return package arrives at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that it may take up to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your return to reach us.

We will then inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions before processing your refund.

You will receive a refund confirmation email within 3 business days after approval.

Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit card or PayPal).

The amount should be available in your account within 5-10 business days.

If you do not receive an email within 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), please contact our customer service team.

To speed up the process, make sure to provide:

  • Your order number

  • Details of the returned items

  • Any relevant information (such as the tracking number)

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund request.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Refunds will be completed within 14 business days from the date your return is received.

We will credit the refund to the same payment method used for the original order.

If you paid via cash on delivery, our customer service team will contact you to request an IBAN to process the refund via bank transfer.

I RETURNED AN ITEM, BUT THE CARD I USED IS NO LONGER ACTIVE

If your credit card has been lost, stolen, or deactivated, don't worry.

If the bank account linked to your card is still active, your refund will still be processed successfully.

If your refund does not appear in your account within 14 business days from the confirmation email, please contact our customer service team.

WHY WASN’T MY SHIPPING COST REFUNDED?

For both full and partial returns, To.Do S.r.l. Unipersonale only refunds the price paid for the returned items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the entire order was delivered incorrectly or with defects.

I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT REFUND AMOUNT

If you believe your refund amount is incorrect, please check:

  • Shipping costs, which are only refundable in the case of faulty or incorrect items.

  • Discounts or promotions applied at checkout, which may no longer be applicable.
