How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is confirmed, it will be handed over to the courier within 24 hours.

• Italy: Delivery in 24-48 hours

• International: Delivery starts from 72 hours

How can I return an item?

Returning an item is quick and easy!

Inside your package, you will find a return label and detailed instructions. Simply contact the courier to schedule a pickup or, alternatively, you can drop off your package at the nearest post office.

The first return for every new customer is free when using BARTOLINI and KIPOINT.

How much time do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days from the date your order was shipped to return one or more items.

Do I need to register to make a return?

No, you do not need to register.

Your package includes a return label and instructions. Simply attach the label to the package and contact the courier to schedule a pickup, or drop it off at your nearest post office.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the items and confirm your return.

Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used for your purchase (credit card or PayPal).
